Dinsmore has an immediate need for a trial attorney in Troy, Michigan. Qualified candidates must have at least 5+ years of litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, assisting in the taking of depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, preparing cases for trial, trying cases, and must be well versed in researching and drafting briefs and motions.

A license to practice in Michigan and familiarity with the Michigan court system is required. Out of state candidates who are willing to sit for the Michigan bar exam, or eligible for admission in Michigan, will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $45,000 + in bonus potential.
