Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Litigation Trial Partner to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex commercial litigation cases and a proven track record of successful trial outcomes. This role is pivotal in representing our clients in high-stakes litigation, offering the opportunity to lead challenging cases from inception through trial and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Case Leadership: Manage complex commercial litigation cases, including strategy development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.
2. Strategic Guidance: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop innovative solutions and provide strategic advice to clients.
3. Document Management: Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision.
4. Client Advocacy: Represent clients zealously in court, arbitration, and mediation, showcasing exceptional oral advocacy and litigation skills.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes and ensure superior client service.
6. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates, fostering their professional growth within the firm.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; active membership in the Florida Bar.
2. 10+ years of substantial experience in complex commercial litigation.
3. Proven success in handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including trials and appeals.
4. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a focus on client advocacy.
6. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
