Job summary
Losh Associates seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney in Florida to provide legal counsel, conduct comprehensive legal research, draft documents, and litigate cases across all phases. The ideal candidate has experience in personal injury and/or insurance law and is a self-starter ready to manage complex cases.
Responsibilities include risk mitigation, client advisement, and leading a team of paralegals and assistants through hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications
- JD required from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
- Experience in jury trials is preferred.

- Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Previous jury trial experience (civil)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
