A reputable legal firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with trial experience in personal injury law. Ideal candidates will possess an active Florida Bar license and have 1-5 years of relevant litigation experience, alongside strong writing and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of Plaintiff PI litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Experience mentoring or directing junior staff is a plus.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume caseload.

This is an exciting opportunity to litigate complex cases, including:

• Catastrophic Injuries
• Slip and Falls
• Medical Malpractice
• National Mass Tort Claims

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from filing to verdict in state and federal court
• Conduct and respond to discovery
• Take and defend depositions (fact and expert)
• Attend court hearings and mediations
• Prepare for jury trialsFile post-trial motions and participate in trial clinics
• Collaborate with legal support staff and litigation team

Requirements

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• 1-5 years of Plaintiff PI litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
• Experience mentoring or directing junior staff is a plus
