Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is partnering with a client in Southeast Houston to recruit a seasoned Non-Commercial Litigation Attorney.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of legal experience, extensive plaintiff-side injury litigation, first-chair trial readiness, and the ability to manage 80–120 active cases from filing through resolution. This full-time on-site role requires leadership, strategic negotiation, and collaboration with paralegals and experts.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Proven first-chair jury trial experience.
• Strong plaintiff PI background with experience at established personal injury firms.
• Hands-on experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
