Job summary

The Gbenjo Law Group in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to lead complex cases from inception through trial, providing strategic counsel and fierce advocacy across Personal Injury, Employment Law, Medical Malpractice, and other practice areas. You will manage all phases of litigation, perform thorough Westlaw research, and negotiate settlements while collaborating with a team.

• Proven experience in litigation across multiple practice areas.
• Strong research skills using Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clients in Court and Administrative Proceedings in Practice Areas Including Personal Injury, Employment Law, Medical Malpractice
• Conduct thorough legal research utilizing Westlaw to develop case strategies and support arguments
• Manage all phases of litigation from initial investigation through trial proceedings
• Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the Office to ensure effective case management

• Engage In Negotiations on Behalf of Clients to Reach Favorable Settlements
• Collaborate With Other Attorneys and Staff Within the Office to Ensure Effective Case Management

Requirements

• Admission To the Texas Bar or Other Jurisdictions If Willing to Be Licensed in Texas
• Proven Experience in Litigation with A Strong Foundation in Civil Practice as You’ll Be Dealing with Multiple Practice Areas Such As Personal Injury Law, Medical Malpractice Law And Employment law.
• Exceptional Research Skills Using Westlaw Platforms to Gather Pertinent Legal Information Efficiently.
• Jury Trial Experience
• Ability To Work Independently as Well as Collaboratively Within a Team Environment.
