Job summary

W3Global in Houston is seeking a Trial Attorney for a full-time, hybrid role. You will work as part of a team including a lead attorney, second chair, and paralegal on construction litigation matters, while also handling a substantial number of individual responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of experience in construction litigation, at least 10 trials completed (jury trial experience preferred), and superior writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a Texas State Bar member.
• 10 trials completed; jury trial experience preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in a broad range of construction litigation.
• Experience with all stages of pre-litigation, litigation, and post-judgment processes.
• Strong background in construction matters is preferred.

We are a boutique firm with a team-based approach to tackling cases. Every case has a lead attorney, second chair, and paralegal. Our office is in Westchase; however, this position is hybrid. We are seeking a Trial Attorney for a full-time position in Houston. Our ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and experience in construction litigation. You will work as part of a team but also handle a significant number of individual responsibilities.
