Carter Murray client, a respected personal injury law firm, seeks a Personal Injury Trial Attorney to lead plaintiff-side cases in Charleston or Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will have significant trial experience, serve as first-chair trial counsel, and independently manage cases through trial and resolution.

The attorney will handle depositions, negotiations, and all aspects of litigation, communicating with clients throughout the process and delivering strong advocacy in court.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• First-chair personal injury trial experience required.
• Strong courtroom, litigation, and case strategy skills.
• Excellent negotiation and oral advocacy abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused and team-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury cases through trial and resolution

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trial attorney looking to take the lead on personal injury cases, represent injured clients in the courtroom, and handle matters through trial and resolution.

The ideal candidate will have significant plaintiff-side personal injury experience, a strong first-chair trial background, and the confidence to independently manage cases while advocating effectively for clients.
