Job summary

Find Great People | FGP in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team. This onsite, direct hire role offers the opportunity to manage a robust caseload alongside accomplished trial attorneys.

You will represent injured clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials, develop litigation strategies, conduct case evaluations, and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery while maintaining regular client communication.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school is required.
• Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar is required.
• 5+ years of litigation experience preferred.
