Jobot is seeking a Trial Attorney for a fully remote, permanent position based in Beverly Hills, CA, with a salary range of $200,000 to $300,000 per year plus bonus.

You will handle plaintiff-side litigation involving personal injuries, deaths, and property damage, working alongside a Partner on a dynamic docket.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active CA license to practice law.
• Experience as First or Second Chair in trials.
• Plaintiff litigation focus: personal injury, wrongful death, fire cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other filings.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
• Advise clients on legal rights and options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle cases
• Provide counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
