Jobot is seeking a plaintiff attorney to work 100% remotely on a range of challenging cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, and fire-related litigation. You will collaborate with a top Partner, manage cases through trial, and enjoy autonomy with robust support and resources.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in CA.
• Experience as First or Second Chair.
• Experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and fire litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
