Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced Triage Clinic Nurse to join our Primary Care and triage teams. This role floats between the Primary Care and triage team and focuses on remote clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services.

You will perform phone-based triage, provide care guidance, coordinate referrals, and respond to questions about conditions, medications, and tests. Schedule is per diem 16 hours/week with a Day Shift (0700-1730), Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
• BLS Certification required.
• BSN preferred.
• Triage experience preferred.
• Primary Care RN experience preferred.
• Emergency Department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote clinical assessments via phone and coordinate appropriate referrals or interventions.
• Provide health education and utilization management services to patients.
• Respond to inquiries related to medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, and more.
