Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Wentworth-Douglass Physician Corporation is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Primary Care at Pease practice in New Hampshire. The role is onsite, 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, focusing on phone triage with occasional nurse visits.

You will deliver direct patient care in outpatient settings, assess patients, educate on treatment plans and medications, administer medications, and maintain records in compliance with regulations.

Job Summary Primary Care at Pease is a full-service practice offering comprehensive care for individuals and families, with board-certified family medicine and internal medicine providers. Conveniently located at Pease Tradeport, the practice also offers on-site laboratory and imaging services. As a patient-centered medical home, Primary Care at Pease emphasizes coordinated, individualized care. Patients work with a consistent team of physicians and nurse practitioners they know and trust, along with additional specialized providers to support their unique healthcare needs.

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Registered Nurse to work onsite at the practice. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The primary responsibility of this role will be phone triage, with occasional nurse visits as needed.

Summary: Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.
