1810 Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Wentworth primary care team in a float capacity, supporting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits across 11 primary care offices in New Hampshire.
You will travel to a different office daily, performing wellness visits and preventative screenings with a rotating biweekly schedule.

We are seeking an experienced RN to join the Wentworth primary care team in a float capacity, supporting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits across all 11 primary care offices. This individual will travel to a different office each day, independently conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and completing preventative screenings. The schedule rotates on a biweekly basis, with the RN receiving advance notice of their assigned office locations.
10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (40 hours), Tuesday through Friday, with a 7:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule on Tuesdays.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of RN experience, with previous primary care nursing experience strongly preferred. They should be comfortable working independently, adapting to different clinical environments, and traveling between multiple office locations on a rotating basis.
Experience with Medicare patients and preventative care would be beneficial.
Candidates with VNA, hospice, or end-of-life care experience may be particularly well suited for this position, as they are often familiar with the Medicare population and the unique care needs of these patients.
Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.
