Job summary
Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group. This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week with Monday–Friday 7:30am–6pm and rotating Saturdays 8am–12pm, with some travel to other sites as needed.
Requires IL RN license, NLN-accredited program completion, BLS CPR, and 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or office setting. BSN preferred. Responsibilities include clinical care, triage, charting in Epic, and coordinating patient plans of care.
Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- NLN-accredited nursing program required; BSN strongly preferred
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care services under supervision of the Practice Manager and Physicians
- Perform phone triage, handle test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and convey plans of care to patients
- Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
- Chart in Epic EMR
