Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Group in Evanston, IL. The role is full time with 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 7:30am–6pm and rotating Saturdays. Travel to other sites may be required.

You will provide nursing care under supervision, perform triage, manage test results and refills, and document in Epic EMR. Required IL licensure, NLN-accredited nursing education, and BLS/CPR; 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting is needed. BSN strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Handle phone triage, test results, med refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Review NorthShore Connect messages and document in Epic.
• Document care and chart in Epic EMR.
