Job summary
Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group to support physicians and the office team by providing comprehensive nursing care and coordinating patient education. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays and travel to other sites as needed.
Qualified candidates hold IL RN licensure, graduate from an NLN-accredited program (BSN preferred), and have BLS/CPR certification with at least 1 year of nursing experience in clinical
Qualifications
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing required.
- BSN strongly preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care services under the direction of the Practice Manager and Physicians.
- Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education/teaching.
- Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
- Chart in Epic, the electronic medical record.
