Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group to provide direct nursing care within a fast-paced ambulatory setting. The role includes phone triage, patient education, and coordination of care across physicians and staff.

Qualified candidates hold IL RN licensure, NLN-accredited program, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital. The position is full-time, with hours Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Conduct phone triage, review test results, handle medication refills and prior authorizations.
• Convey plans of care and patient education; teach patients as needed.
• Chart in Epic EMR and manage patient documentation.
