Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform telephone triage to determine patient needs and advise based on provider instructions.
• Receive and return patient calls within 90 minutes based on priority.
• Record and report patient condition according to department policy.
• Provide patient and family education and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Handle prescription renewals/inquiries and relay information to pharmacy.
