Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System’s Methodist Physicians Clinic - Elkhorn is seeking a Registered Nurse for a casual/prn triage role. You will perform telephone triage, assess patient needs, and relay information to providers to ensure prompt, safe care.

Responsibilities include documenting patient information, educating patients and families, and supporting the care team across the patient care continuum. A valid RN license and BLS are required; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) required.
• Current valid RN license.
• American Heart Association/BLS required or strongly preferred; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage telephone assessment and prioritize patient care.
• Educate patients and families as directed by providers.
• Document and communicate patient information clearly to clinicians.
