Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional travel to other sites as needed. You will provide nursing care, triage calls, manage test results and refills, and document in Epic.

Qualifications include IL RN licensure, NLN-accredited nursing program, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting. BSN preferred; full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Illinois is required.
• Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing program.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Handle phone triage, test results, refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Respond to patient messages via NorthShore Connect.
• Document in Epic electronic medical record.
