Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group in Bannockburn, IL. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with typical hours Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will provide nursing care, triage calls, review messages, and chart in Epic.

Qualifications include IL RN license, NLN-accredited program, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of office or hospital nursing experience. Benefits include health, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Formación

• Current IL nursing license required.
• NLN-accredited nursing program graduate.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.
