Job summary

Axia Women’s Health’s Valley Forge OBGYN in Phoenixville, PA is recruiting a Full-Time RN (Triage & Support) to coordinate patient care primarily by phone. You will assess health needs, guide care decisions with providers, and document interactions according to policy.

Evening coverage Thurs until 6PM is expected; hours are generally Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM. Candidates should hold a PA RN license, CPR certification, and a nursing degree with at least 1 year of medical facility experience, OB/GYN

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program and PA RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical facility; OB/GYN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care via telephone and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Evaluate and assess patients’ health care needs using triage protocols.
• Document symptoms, nursing assessments, advice given, and patient responses; follow policies and protocols.
• Obtain input from the provider as needed to determine the best clinical course of action.
