Job summary

Axia Women's Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse at McConnell & Associate's OB/GYN located in Wynnewood, PA. The LPN will triage patients, document in EMR, assist with medication refills, and support clinicians.

Requires PA LPN license, CPR, and a minimum of 1 year in a medical facility (OB/GYN preferred). Proficiency with eClinicalWorks EMR and CPT knowledge is a plus. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited LPN program.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a LPN.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical facility, preferably OB/GYN.
• Knowledge of CPT coding is beneficial.
• eClinicalWorks (EMR) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes triage protocols to evaluate care needs based on signs, symptoms, and labs.
• Obtains input from RNs or clinicians to determine best clinical action.
• Documents signs, symptoms, assessments, and advice in the EMR.
• Pulls labs/imaging results; discusses results with physicians or RNs.
• Assists with medication refills per clinician-approved protocols.
• Performs phlebotomy as needed.
• Provides patient education on follow-ups, meds, and therapies.
• Assists with phone triage under RN or clinician supervision.
