Job summary

Axia Women's Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the McConnell & Associates OB/GYN location in Wynnewood, PA. This role focuses on triage, patient education, and coordination with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.

The LPN will document in EMR, support medication refills, perform phlebotomy, and travel to satellite locations as needed. Requires PA LPN license, CPR, and at least 1 year in a medical facility, preferably OB/GYN.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited LPN program.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a LPN.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical facility, preferably OB/GYN.
• Knowledge of CPT coding and lab order sets is beneficial.
• eClinicalWorks (EMR) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes triage protocols to evaluate patient health needs.
• Coordinates with RNs or clinicians to determine best action.
• Documents patient info and care in EMR.
• Pulls labs and imaging, adds to EMR, consults with physicians as needed.
• Assists with medication refills per protocols and supervision.
• Performs phlebotomy and patient education on follow-ups.
