Job summary

Medi-Weightloss® Raleigh is hiring a Clinic Coordinator to float across Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Cary. You will manage front‑office tasks, room patients, take vitals, and support scheduling, pricing, and patient care. This role requires a strong client focus and comfort with EMR systems.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced weight‑loss clinic environment, with three clinics and three teams. Training provided; growth opportunities exist as the network expands.

Qualifications

• The role requires strong communication and a friendly, professional presence.
• Experience in a medical office or med spa setting is preferred.
• Ability to call patients, schedule, and manage payments confidently.

Responsibilities

• Run daily clinic operations including scheduling and patient records.
• Make outbound patient calls for reminders and follow-ups.
• Room patients, take vitals, and document in EMR accurately.
• Discuss program pricing and process payments with patients.
• Support marketing and local outreach to attract new patients.
