Job summary

Medi-Weightloss Raleigh is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations with energy and precision. You’ll oversee clinical, administrative, and financial activities, coach staff, and drive patient service and sales growth.

You’ll manage scheduling, benefits verification, EMR reporting, and compliance while upholding brand standards and delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced, growth-focused clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a medical clinic or health services team.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Strong patient service orientation and staff coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring clinical, administrative and financial tasks run smoothly.
• Coach and mentor staff, maintain KPI performance, and conduct weekly team meetings.
• Manage patient scheduling, registrations, cash handling, and customer service.
