University of Washington seeks an Executive Director of the Office of Financial Aid to lead financial aid for all three UW campuses. You will shape enrollment strategies, ensure compliance, and guide a 32 FTE team.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, scholarship administration, and cross-campus collaboration. You will report to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and help advance UW’s debt-free education goals through innovative funding and policy development.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; seven years of leadership in university financial aid preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial aid programs, regulations, budgeting and disbursement policies.
• Experience with audits, complex systems, and large decentralized institutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and change-management skills.
