Qualifications

• Ability to plan and manage a large, complex budget and personnel policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Executive Director of Financial Aid for all three UW campuses.
• Provide strategic leadership for using financial aid within enrollment management.
• Coordinate tri-campus financial aid policies, ensuring compliance and timely awarding.
• Lead modernization of OSFA systems, improve data integration and reporting.
• Advise on policy changes and regulatory compliance to UW leadership.
• Foster staff retention, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
