ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, is seeking an early-career social media specialist to shape our daily presence. You’ll turn trends into concepts, edit them into scroll-stopping posts, and engage with audiences in comments and DMs.

You’ll manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, write captions in our brand voice, and help grow the brand with hands-on video and graphics.

Qualifications

• Fluency in current social media trends and platform formats.
• Hands-on editing of short-form video and graphics.
• Ability to write captions in brand voice for multiple platforms.
• Experience creating content for brand social accounts (internships or personal projects count).

Responsibilities

• Spot and translate social trends into content ideas that fit the ARB Interactive brand.
• Edit and assemble content into finished, platform-ready posts (short-form video and graphics).
• Write platform-native captions and copy in our brand voice.
• Keep the content calendar moving — plan, schedule, and publish across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Manage inbound engagement: respond to comments and DMs, and keep a pulse on what the audience is saying.
• Track performance and flag what's working so we can double down.
