Qualifications

• Deep fluency in social media trends and platform culture.
• Hands-on editing to cut short-form video and create graphics.
• Strong eye for ideas and brand voice for each platform.
• Experience creating content for brand social accounts.

Responsibilities

• Spot and translate social trends into content ideas that fit the PCH brand
• Edit and assemble content into finished, platform-ready posts (including short-form video and graphics)
• Write platform-native captions and copy in our brand voice
• Maintain the content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Manage inbound engagement: respond to comments and DMs, and stay attuned to our audience
• Track performance and highlight what's working so we can double down
