Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an Associate Designer in Los Angeles to support the Lead Designer through all stages from concept to tech pack development and delivery. You will create trend-right concepts, execute development, and maintain line sheets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong CAD skills, hand sketching, PLM proficiency, and a degree in fashion design. You will contribute to timely seasonal developments and support in fittings and samples.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in the apparel industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design required.
Experience across multiple RTW categories: woven, knits, outerwear, leather, etc.
Strong organizational and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Research and identify brand-right trends and seasonal concepts; perform competitive market analysis; source fabrics; create development decks and CADs for presentations.
Execute development of initial seasonal design category within the larger assortment and cost structure.
Design according to sku plans and calendar; ensure timely execution of development.
