Job summary

Horizontal Boring & Tunneling Co. in Exeter, NE is seeking a Construction Laborer to support trenchless utility projects across the Midwest.

You will assist with loading, unloading, material setup, and operating various tools and heavy equipment in outdoor environments year-round. The role requires ability to work outdoors in all weather, pass safety screening and DOT-related checks, and maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• DOT physical, drug tests and background checks must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Climb ladders, lift heavy items, and perform trenchless construction duties.
• Operate hand and power tools, trenchless machines, and weld pipe as needed.
• Survey, prepare sites, and assist in material loading/unloading.
• Support crews during mobilization and travel to multiple Nebraska/Midwest sites.
