Hbttrenchless in Exeter, NE is hiring a General or Skilled Construction Laborer for trenchless utility projects across the middle United States. Work is outdoors year-round, with duties including loading, operating tools, and assisting with heavy equipment.

Candidates should have construction experience, the ability to interpret plans, and pass a DOT- required screening. CDL w/Tanker Endorsement preferred. Benefits include safety, growth opportunities, and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground utility construction or trenchless work.
• Operator experience with trenchless equipment such as boring systems.
• Heavy equipment operation experience with excavators/backhoes/skid steers.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload materials and set up at the job site.
• Operate trenchless machines and heavy equipment when required.
• Survey, interpret plans, and assist with pipe installation and welding.
