Horizontal Boring & Tunneling Co. is seeking a Construction Laborer to work year-round outdoors on trenchless utility projects across the Midwest. You will assist with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation while supporting a safety-first team environment.

Qualified applicants will have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a DOT physical, drug tests, and background checks. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver''s license.
• Must pass DOT physical.
• Must pass drug tests.
• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading trailers and setting up materials.
• Fueling equipment and operating hand/power tools.
• Operate trenchless machines and heavy equipment as required.
• Surveying, installing and welding pipe, and other related construction activities.
