Horizontal Boring & Tunneling Co. is seeking skilled construction laborers to support trenchless projects across the central United States.

You will handle material loading, equipment operation, and site preparation while maintaining safety standards and working outdoors in varied conditions. Ideal candidates have experience in underground utilities, trenchless methods, and heavy equipment, with willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground utility construction and trenchless work.
• Experience operating trenchless equipment (Tunnel/Guided/Auger boring).
• Heavy equipment operation experience (load/unload, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, forklifts).
• Jobsite setup experience interpreting plans and using surveying equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trailers and set up materials.
• Fuel equipment and operate hand/power tools and trenchless machines.
• Surveying, installation and welding of pipe and other construction activities.
• Interpret plans and ensure grade and alignment using surveying equipment.
