Job summary

Horizontal Boring & Tunneling Co. is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer in Tulsa to support underground utility projects across Oklahoma.

This role involves loading and unloading materials, operating hand and heavy equipment, trenchless machinery, surveying, welding prep and site setup as needed. Applicants should have 3+ years of construction experience, a valid driver’s license (Class A CDL w/Tanker Endorsement preferred), be able to pass a DOT physical and background checks, and be

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Experience with underground utilities or trenchless projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment.
• Assist with trenchless installations and surveying.
• Set up job sites, follow safety protocols, and comply with DOT requirements.
