Job summary

Wintergreen Resort is seeking a Treehouse Program Assistant to support daily operations for the Treehouse Children’s program. You will help with morning registration, snack and lunch transitions, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for children and instructors.

The role requires knowledge of childcare settings, strong customer service, and the ability to collaborate with ski instructors and management.

Qualifications

• Should be knowledgeable and experienced in the many aspects childcare settings.
• Supervisory skills, motivational skills and leadership qualities are important.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and personalities and have outstanding customer service skills.
• Must work closely with the ski instructors, management team, desk staff, guests/parents of the program and other supporting operating areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning registration and afternoon pick up.
• Assist with snack and lunch transitions between children and instructors.
• Snack and lunch operations.
• Stock paper products for business levels.
• Keep the Treehouse building clean during operational hours.
• Assist upset children or bathroom breaks.
