Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber - Union in New York for a full-time, non-exempt position. The role trims and reshapes trees to provide clearance for utility powerlines and supports safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at various heights.
• Pre-employment drug screen/background/MVR may be required.
• Must be willing to join the local union and pay dues.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service required tools and equipment.
• Clear work areas and maintain equipment.
• Set up safety barriers and direct traffic when needed.
• Assist in training new employees.
