Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber in the United States. The role is full-time and non-exempt with hourly pay per Local Union 77 rates. You will trim and remove trees, operate vehicles and equipment, and help maintain job sites in a safe, efficient manner.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent and 4000 hours of line clearance tree trimming experience, plus the ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Experience with tree trimming at various heights is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operates and services required tools and equipment.
• Cleans and feeds brush into a woodchipper as needed.
• Keeps trucks and work areas orderly and safe.
• Assists in training new employees and inspects tools.
