Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for full-time, non-exempt work in Charlotte, NC. The role involves trimming trees, operating equipment, and maintaining job sites outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Applicants should be comfortable with heights, physically fit, and capable of basic training for new staff. A Driver's License is preferred but not required; benefits include health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of climbing and working at various heights.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are required.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and splits large debris, feeds debris into woodchipper.
• Loads/unloads trucks and maintains work areas.
• Relays hand signals and directs traffic as needed.
• Trained to perform tree and bucket rescue.
• Assists in training new employees.
