Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to join our field crew. You will trim and remove trees, operate equipment, and load debris while following safety protocols.

This full-time, hourly position offers benefits, requires no prior experience for entry level, and includes training. Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights are essential. On offer, pre-employment drug screen and background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, at various heights, on uneven surfaces.
• No fear of heights and good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush and debris into a woodchipper.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, drives, and operates trucks and equipment as assigned.
• Repairs minor job-related damage to lawns, fences, and walkways.
• Maintains good housekeeping on trucks and at work locations.
