Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to join our field team. The role involves trimming and removing trees, operating and maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety for workers and the public.

The position is full-time and non-exempt, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates are 18+, physically able to climb and work at heights, and able to work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk, climb and work from ladders or at various heights in adverse weather while handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Trim and/or remove trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris into the woodchipper.
• Safely set up barriers and protect workers and the public.
• Cooperate with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets.
