Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to trim, tops, and reshape trees to clear powerline routes. The role is full-time and non-exempt, with benefits and daily on-site responsibilities.

The job requires climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating trucks and hand tools, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Training and equipment are provided, including safety glasses and CPR/First Aid guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No fear of heights; able to walk, climb and work from ladders at various heights.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination; able to handle equipment in adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, or trunk sections to provide clearance.
• Operate and service all required tools and equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris into wood chipper; maintain area cleanliness.
