Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer Trainee in Wisconsin to join our field crews on a full-time, non-exempt basis. You will trim and remove trees and branches, operate and service required tools and equipment, load and unload trucks, and help feed brush into woodchippers.

The role requires working at various heights, climbing, and standing for long periods outdoors in all weather, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position, no prior experience required.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather with physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services required tools and equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Sets up barriers and signs to protect workers and the public.
• Cooperates with customers and public safety personnel as needed.
