Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer Trainee for a full-time, non-exempt role in Wisconsin. You will trim and remove trees, operate and service equipment, and assist in maintaining job sites and safety protocols.

No prior experience is required; a high school diploma is preferred. Candidates must be 18+, able to work at heights and in various weather conditions, and pass pre-employment screening. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Walk, climb, and work from ladders or at various heights in demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service required tools and equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and feed brush into a woodchipper.
• Set up barriers and direct traffic to protect workers and the public.
• Maintain tool and vehicle safety and housekeeping.
