Job summary

Bradley Tree Service is seeking a dedicated Groundsman to support climbers and operators on removal, pruning, and land-clearing projects. You will help with equipment, ropes, and debris while maintaining a safe, efficient work site.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn tree care practices and safety procedures. Full-time hours are 35–40 per week with occasional overtime and on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures on all jobsites.
• Ability to work with crew and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to learn tree care practices and equipment operation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist climbers and ground crew during removals and pruning.
• Safely operate chainsaws, blowers, and related tools.
• Load and haul logs, brush, and debris to disposal areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free job site throughout the day.
• Set up traffic control devices and protect work zones as directed.
