Job summary

ELEVATED TREE CARE LLC in Pittsburgh is seeking a dependable Tree Service Ground Worker to support climbers and equipment operators in tree trimming and removal. This outdoor role involves heavy lifting and equipment operation while adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, and preferably some experience in tree service or landscaping. Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL is a plus.
• Previous tree service, landscaping, or construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist tree climbers and crew leaders during tree work operations.
• Drag, stack, and load brush, logs, and debris.
• Operate wood chippers, chainsaws, blowers, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Set up cones, signs, ropes, and safety equipment.
• Fuel, clean, and maintain tools and machinery.
• Assist with rigging and lowering operations.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers when needed.
