ELEVATED TREE CARE LLC in Pittsburgh is seeking a dependable Tree Service Ground Worker to support climbers and equipment operators in tree trimming and removal. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, and preferably some experience in tree service or landscaping. Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL is a plus.
• Previous tree service, landscaping, or construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist tree climbers and crew leaders during tree work operations.
• Drag, stack, and load brush, logs, and debris.
• Operate wood chippers, chainsaws, blowers, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Set up cones, signs, ropes, and safety equipment.
• Fuel, clean, and maintain tools and machinery.
• Assist with rigging and lowering operations.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers when needed.

Pay & Benefits

• $22/hr with Driver’s License, $20/hr without Driver’s License
