Job summary

Hana Enterprises is seeking a Tree Maintenance Worker to assist with grounds maintenance for our client sites. You will support arborists, operate ground equipment (chipper, blowers, chain-saws), and help keep tools and work areas hazard-free.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid state driver’s license, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain base access.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Experience operating power-driven grounds equipment and power tools safely.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to walk, run, lift, bend, reach, stand, sit, push.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist arborists in collecting and piling branches, maintaining tools and equipment.
• Maintain hazard-free work areas.
• Operate ground equipment to meet contract requirements.
• Set up safety exclusion zones.
• Work with a variety of crew members.
• Carry out tasks to the highest standard.
